This is the Returns Policy for product purchased elusively online from stephenoutram.com, or at official events, classes, workshops or personal sessions with Stephen Outram.
Customers who need to return product for any reason, are required to follow the procedures outlined in this policy.

To make a refund-request,
You will be contacted within 3-5 business days, after the refund request has been received..
Notes:
- There are no refunds available for products purchased from third party vendors, online retailers e.g. Amazon, Barnes & Noble; associates or secondhand dealers; contact these organisations directly to apply for refund
- There are no refunds available for digital-type products that were purchased and downloaded from this website
- No refunds are given, implied or offered 14 days after the date the product is received by the customer.
- All items returned for credit or refund must be disclosed in a refund-request. Any items returned that were not disclosed in the refund-request are not eligible for a credit or refund
- It is recommended that when product is returned, the customer use a carrier that will provided proof of delivery to the customer. this website or Stephen Outram is not liable for packages lost in transit or not received.
- Packages delivered must contain a printed copy of the sale invoice email or receipt that was issued upon purchase completion.
- All product must be returned in unused pristine condition suitable for resale. liability for any damage sustained to any returned product in-transit is the responsibility of the customer.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- After the returned merchandise is received and a refund approved, a credit or refund will be issued within 7-14 business days.
- Credits or refunds will be issued for the product amount only (minus 10% restocking fee); credits will not be issued for shipping and handling.
