Stephen Outram says that before you can begin to create great wealth, you must first acknowledge your capacity to create the lack-of-wealth you currently have. In a world that is abundant, it takes talent and energy to create no-money.

We are always looking for the positive and rarely acknowledge the negative aspect. Both require a capacity for creation but we judge the negative as bad or wrong and in so doing, judge ourselves. The reality is that there is no good and no bad, no right and no wrong; these are simply the judgements we use to not-create what we would like in our lives.

Everything we have in life is the result of choices we have made. The tendency is to blame someone else for our problems. When we do that, we negate and limit our own ability to change. In assigning blame to others, we energetically hand-over to them to fix it for us and stick ourselves with a lie. The lie is that we require fixing. What if there was nothing to fix?

What if nothing was right and nothing was wrong and life is simply asking you to choose again?

Few people consider that those areas of difficulties in their lives are simply the results of choices they have made and in-that, highly valuable assets for getting clear on what is not working for them. Once they claim, own and acknowledge their brilliant creation, asking a simple question can begin to open the door to other possibilities.

What's it going to take to change this?

To judge this question, as too simple a tool, would be a mistake. Asking a question always opens us up to other possibilities. What’s it going to take to change this? is a question that allows the universe to begin showing us what it will take.

Be patient and be-aware that it never looks like we expect. The ‘what it will take’ part may even surprise us and seem to have little to do with the issue. We may overhear a conversation or read something that provides us with the awareness of what we require to choose differently. Try it!

We can create having-money as easily as having no-money. Having more money may simply be a choice that we have not made ... yet. What will it take?
